Requirements:

Ready to take your place in the Navajo family? Be sure to look over the requirements below—if you qualify, now’s the time to pick up the phone and call a recruiter!

  • Minimum 1 year OTR within the past 3 years, tractor-trailer experience, or recent driving school graduate
  • Hazmat endorsement preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Good MVR, driving history, and work history
  • No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years
  • No controlled substance charges or convictions within the past 10 years
  • Criminal felony/misdemeanor convictions evaluated on a case-by-case basis
