About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL B Flatbed Drivers for local deliveries in Surprise, AZ. This position offers $21 per hour, early morning shifts, overtime opportunities, and daily home time. Drivers will operate a 24-foot flatbed truck delivering building materials.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $21 per hour

• Schedule: Early morning shifts, starting as early as 4 AM

• Hours: 8+ hours per day within a 4 AM - 4 PM window

• Overtime: Expected, especially during summer

• Home Time: Daily

Job Details

• Route Type: Local deliveries

• Equipment: Automatic 24-foot flatbed truck

• Freight: Building materials

• Freight Handling: Loading, securing, and unloading materials

• Additional Duties: Delivery documentation, customer returns, and occasional yard and warehouse assistance

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL B

• At least 1 year of experience driving similar-sized trucks

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Experience operating automatic transmission trucks

• Ability to handle freight and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Must meet applicable DOT requirements
