CDL A Port Driver - Night Shift - $30 Per Hour - OT

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Colton, CA.

 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5pm Start time, 8-12 Hours per day

• Pay:  $30 Per Hour + OT
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,000 - $1,100

• Route Type: Local

• Freight / Load Type: General freight

• Equipment: Volvo Automatic / Intermodal container

• Handling: No touch freight

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A  

• Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: TWIC Card

• Equipment Experience: 6 Months port experience

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport general freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
