About the Position

Our client is seeking experienced CDL A drivers for a part-time local reefer delivery assignment in Fontana, California. This position features home-daily routes, early morning start times, and refrigerated freight delivery. The assignment is temporary and offers $32.00 per hour.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $32.00 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time; days may vary
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Start times: Between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., depending on the route
• Route schedule: Local and home daily
• Start date: May 26, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated freight on local routes
• Safely operate tractor-trailer equipment in compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform routine vehicle inspections
• Safely load, unload, and move products as needed
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and required paperwork
• Follow all applicable safety and transportation regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Valid California Class A CDL
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Reefer delivery experience
• Ability to operate a manual transmission without an automatic restriction
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
