We're hiring experienced Box Truck and Semi-Truck drivers for OTR and regional routes. Whether you're running solo or with a team, we’ve got the miles, loads, and support to help you succeed.

💵 What You’ll Earn:

📦 Box Truck Drivers

• Solo: 25% of load + $35/day per diem

  • Avg. $2,400–$3,000 bi-weekly

• Team: 30% of load (split) + $35/day per driver + $100 every other day for hotel

  • Avg. $3,000–$4,000 bi-weekly per driver

🚛 Semi-Truck Drivers

• Solo: 25% of load + $50/day per diem

  • Avg. $4,500–$5,200 bi-weekly

• Team: 30% of load (split) + $50/day per driver

  • Avg. $5,000–$6,300 bi-weekly per driver

✅ Driver Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Class A, B, or C) with 2+ years of experience

• Box truck drivers without a CDL must have 2+ years of experience and 3 professional references

• No driving infractions in the past 3 years

• Valid medical card and up-to-date Motor Vehicle Report
