Compensation & Pay Structure

• 60 CPM based on odometer readings

• Paid weekly (every Friday)

• Detention Pay: $20/hour after 3 hours

• Layover Pay: $200 per 24-hour period

• Annual Loyalty Bonus: $1,000

• Average Weekly Miles: 2,500 – 3,500

• Note: Medical benefits are not currently offered

• 2016 Freightliner Cascadia sleeper with 10-speed manual

• 2016 53’ Wabash dry van trailer

• Equipped with:

  • Dashcam

  • Refrigerator and mattress in sleeper

  • Fuel card and toll pass

  • Microwave, headset, and autosocks available upon request

Driver Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CDL Class A experience (US)

• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
