About the Position

TransForce is seeking CDL B Drivers for local, home-daily delivery routes based in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Drivers will transport medical equipment and supplies, including IV bags, medications, and dialysis machines, to patients' homes, hospitals, residences, and clinics.

This position involves heavy-touch, white-glove delivery service and respectful interaction with patients and healthcare personnel. The role offers steady weekday work with potential for temp-to-perm employment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $25 per hour
• Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with start times as early as 5:00 AM
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Local routes with home-daily time in Kenosha, Wisconsin
• No weekend work
• Anticipated start date: August 17, 2026
• Employment type: Temp to perm

Key Responsibilities

• Operate automatic-transmission box trucks on local routes.
• Deliver medical equipment and supplies to patients' homes, hospitals, residences, and clinics.
• Handle delicate healthcare products carefully and professionally.
• Provide respectful, customer-focused service to patients and healthcare personnel.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, driver logs, and delivery paperwork.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the workday.
• Follow all applicable DOT, FMCSA, and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL B.
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
