About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers for local grocery deliveries in Yorktown, IN. This position offers $27 per hour, overtime after 40 hours, estimated weekly pay of $1,850, and daily home time. Drivers will operate automatic tractor-trailers hauling no-touch freight to grocery stores.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $27 per hour

• Overtime: $40.50 per hour after 40 hours

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,850

• Schedule: Monday-Saturday, full-time

• Start Times: Typically 3 AM - 8 AM, with flexibility for starts between 2 AM and 11 AM

• Home Time: Daily

Job Details

• Route Type: Local and regional grocery store deliveries, home daily

• Service Area: IN, MI, IL, OH, WI, and occasional WV deliveries

• Stops: Typically 1-2 stores per day, with possible backhauls

• Equipment: Automatic tractor-trailers, including refrigerated trailers

• Freight Handling: No-touch, customer unload or drop-and-hook

• Routes: Consistent assignments and start times once assigned to a regular route

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A

• At least 1 year of recent, verifiable CDL A driving experience

• Flexibility with early morning start times

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
