About the Position

TransForce is seeking a local CDL A truck driver for a delivery position in Lafayette, Indiana. This role offers local delivery routes with no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.

Pay & Schedule

• Minimum weekly pay: $1,385
• Estimated weekly gross: $1,500
• Shift: Typically 2nd or 3rd shift

Job Details

• Route type: Local delivery, typically to Princeton and Georgetown. Some MI runs.
• Freight: Auto parts.
• Handling: No-touch freight, drop & hook.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL Class A truck on local delivery routes.
• Perform drop-and-hook operations as assigned.
• Various runs- head north to make vendor pickups, or relay the second leg south to the manufacturing plant.
• Follow all applicable transportation and safety regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• CDL Class A license.
• 9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
