Pay & Earnings

Drivers can earn up to $0.84 CPM (team split) with access to 5,000–6,000 miles per week, giving you the opportunity to maximize your weekly income. We also offer a per diem program to help increase your take-home pay, along with steady, consistent freight to keep you moving.

Routes & Flexibility

At J-Kal Logistics, you have the ability to choose what works best for you. We offer both:

Dedicated routes for consistency and predictability
OTR “wild” routes for drivers who want maximum miles and flexibility

Driver Requirements

Valid CDL-A license
Minimum 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
Ability to pass a drug test
No criminal record
Must be flexible and able to work well with a co-driver
