MTS Transport is hiring CDL-A OTR Asphalt Tanker Drivers for our specialized asphalt fleet. 

We are offering a $1,800 guaranteed weekly minimum for qualified OTR Asphalt Drivers, with weekly earnings ranging from $1,800–$2,200 per week.

About the Work
Our OTR Asphalt Drivers haul specialized asphalt products in tanker equipment. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Drivers must be comfortable working in a specialized tanker environment and following all company, customer, DOT, FMCSA, and hazardous materials requirements.

Pay Guarantee Details
Qualified OTR Asphalt Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,800 per week, with weekly earnings ranging from $1,800–$2,200 based on miles, loads, schedule, freight availability, and operational needs.

The weekly pay guarantee applies to qualified OTR Asphalt Drivers who are available for dispatch, accept assigned loads, remain compliant with DOT/FMCSA and company safety requirements, and are not unavailable due to voluntary time off, refusal of work, preventable service delays, suspension, disqualification, or policy violation.

Guarantee is calculated as gross weekly earnings before taxes and deductions. Conditions apply.
