About the Position

TransForce is seeking an experienced CDL A Driver for a seasonal, local driving position in Louisville, KY. This opportunity offers $30 per hour, a two-day weekly schedule, and daily home time. Drivers will primarily operate tractor-trailers completing local deliveries with mostly no-touch freight.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $30 per hour

• Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays only

• Start Time: 7 AM

• Assignment Type: Seasonal

• Home Time: Daily

• Reporting Location: 4500 Progress Blvd, Louisville, KY 40218

Job Details

• Route Type: Local deliveries

• Equipment: Tractor-trailer, with occasional box truck assignments as needed

• Transmission: Manual transmission capability required

• Freight Handling: Primarily no-touch, with occasional light freight handling

• Duties: Complete local deliveries, drop-and-hook trailer moves, and required vehicle inspections

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A

• At least 1 year of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience

• Must be able to operate a manual transmission

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
