Estimated Weekly: $2,100 - $2,450

TransForce is seeking full-time CDL Class A drivers in Shrewsbury, MA. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $36.08/hr, with overtime available after 40 hours per week.​

Schedule:

• Sunday through Thursday
• Shifts typically last 8–10 hours, starting between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM.​

Responsibilities:

• Shuttle reefer doubles trailers to and from customer locations.
• Averaging 2 runs per day.

Training:

• Three-day in-house training covering classroom instruction and yard maneuvers.​
• Four to five weeks of on-the-road training with experienced drivers.​

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
• Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
• Experience with touch freight and ramp unloading preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mandatory Saturdays
