About the Position

TransForce is seeking an experienced CDL A Driver for a temp-to-perm yard hostler and shuttle position in Southborough, MA. This opportunity offers $28 per hour, overtime after 40 hours, and a Monday-Friday schedule. Drivers will perform yard moves and shuttle trailers between Southborough and Marlborough, MA.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $28 per hour + OT after 40 hours

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Start Time: 7 AM

• Shift Length: Approximately 9 hours per day

Job Details

• Duties: Up to 50 trailer moves per day in a busy yard

• Shuttle Routes: Between Southborough and Marlborough, MA

• Equipment: Yard hostler (yard horse) and day cab tractors

• Responsibilities: Trailer positioning, yard moves, and local shuttles

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A

• At least 1 year of verifiable CDL A driving experience

• Previous experience operating in a busy trailer yard

• Ability to safely maneuver and position trailers

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
