About the Position

Our client is seeking experienced Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers for a heavy-touch delivery position in Westbrook, Maine. Drivers will deliver specialty foods, meats, and dairy products to commercial businesses, schools, and markets throughout Maine, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $25 per hour
• Overtime available after 40 hours
• Estimated weekly pay: $1,550
• Work schedule: 6-day work week
• Average schedule: 10 hours per day
• Start time: 5:30 a.m.
• Hours per week: 40
• Anticipated start date: May 6, 2026
• Employment type: Temp-to-perm

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non-CDL refrigerated box truck
• Deliver food products to commercial businesses, schools, and markets
• Load, unload, and move freight using a hand cart or pallet jack
• Handle deliveries in a professional and timely manner
• Navigate stairs and other delivery-site conditions safely
• Maintain compliance with applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Valid DOT medical card
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Ability to perform heavy-touch delivery work, including moving freight with a hand cart or pallet jack and navigating stairs
