💰 Compensation & Pay Structure

• Flatbed Drivers: Earn 32% of gross (tarped or untarped)

• Dry Van & Reefer / Amazon PO Loads: 30% of gross

• Weekly Settlements: Paid every week — no guessing, no delays

• $2,500 Escrow/Security Deposit – deducted at $500/week

• Opportunities to become an Owner-Operator for career-minded professionals

• OTR Schedule: Out a minimum of 2 weeks

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• 1+ year verifiable driving experience

• Clean MVR

• Must be 23 years or older

• TWIC credential is a plus

• Flatbed experience preferred (training may be available)
