About the Position
TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers for shuttle and delivery route opportunities in Charlotte, NC. Flexible and long-term assignments are available based on operational needs, with Monday-Friday schedules, automatic trucks, and afternoon or evening shifts.
Current Opening: Shuttle Driver, Monday-Friday, 3 PM start, 10-hour shifts, no-touch freight.
Pay & Schedule

Shuttle Pay: $250 per day for a 10-hour shift

Route Pay: $250-$380 per day, depending on the route

Additional Hours: $20 per hour after 10 hours

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shuttle Start Times: Typically 2-3 PM, with some earlier shifts

Route Start Times: Generally 5-11 PM

Assignment Type: Flexible or long-term opportunities

Shuttle Drivers: Short-distance, approximately 6-mile shuttle runs with no-touch freight and frequent entry and exit from the truck

Route Drivers: Deliveries throughout NC, SC, and GA with a mix of touch and no-touch freight

Shift Length: Approximately 10 hours for shuttle assignments; 10+ hours for delivery routes
Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL A
-
At least 1 year of verifiable CDL A driving experience

Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Must meet all DOT qualification standards

Doubles experience preferred

Must meet assignment approval requirements
