About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers in Charlotte, NC. This position offers $25 per hour, overtime after 40 hours, and a Monday-Friday schedule. Drivers will deliver landscaping, turf, utility, and irrigation equipment throughout NC, SC, VA, and TN.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $25 per hour + OT after 40 hours

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 AM start

• Shift Length: 10-12 hours per day

• Home Time: Primarily home daily, with occasional overnights

Job Details

• Routes: Local and regional deliveries throughout NC, SC, VA, and TN

• Equipment: Manual transmission vehicles, including 48-foot tractor-trailers

• Freight Handling: Loading, unloading, and securing equipment on lowboy trailers (training provided)

• Additional Duties: Forklift operation and customer-facing deliveries

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A with 2+ years of verifiable driving experience

• Manual transmission experience required

• Forklift experience required

• Ability to load, unload, and secure equipment

• Acceptable MVR and compliance with DOT requirements
