About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support local delivery operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. This long-term flexible position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $25.00 per hour, plus overtime
Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment type: Long-term flex
Route: Dedicated local delivery route
Home daily

Job Details

Route type: Local day routes
Stops: Approximately 8–10 stops per route
Freight: Paper and packaging freight
Handling: Light-touch, touch, and no-touch routes
Work setting: On-site

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate assigned equipment on local delivery routes
Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
Deliver freight safely and professionally
Meet the physical demands of the role

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Electronic logging device experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Ability to operate a manual transmission preferred
