CDL A Conestoga Trailer - $27 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Belmont, NH. 

 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5-7am start time

• Pay: $27 Per Hour

• Route Type: Local 

• Freight / Load Type: hauling steel sheet

• Equipment: Conestoga or covered wagon

• Handling: Unloading by forklift 

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A  

• Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate Conestoga trailer on local routes 

• Transport steel sheets in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including, unloading with forklift 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
