TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to support local delivery operations in Swedesboro, New Jersey. This position involves delivering various non-perishable products to local stores and warehouses using box trucks and sprinter vans.

Pay & Schedule Details

Pay: $24.79 per hour, plus overtime
Estimated weekly pay: $1,000–$1,200
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start times: Between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment type: Temp-to-perm

Job Details

Route type: Local routes, primarily serving strip malls
Freight: Various non-perishable products
Equipment: Box trucks and sprinter vans
Handling: Light-touch handling using lifts and dollies

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a box truck on local delivery routes
Deliver products to local stores and warehouses
Perform required loading and unloading tasks using lifts and dollies
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
Meet the physical demands of the position

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class C or Class D driver's license
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
