About the Position

Our client is seeking a dependable CDL B Truck Driver to support local delivery operations in Palm, PA. This position offers steady, home-daily work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $25 per hour plus overtime
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start time: Between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Shift length: 8 to 10 hours
• Driving schedule: Four guaranteed driving days per week, with one day of warehouse work
• Hours per week: 40
• Schedule type: Home daily

Job Details

• Route type: Local delivery
• Freight: Automotive oil and grease
• Equipment: Automatic-transmission trucks equipped with liftgates
• Freight handling: Heavy touch freight using a pallet jack and dolly for unloading
• Tanker endorsement: Helpful but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL B equipment on local routes
• Transport automotive oil and grease in accordance with DOT and safety standards
• Perform freight handling tasks using a pallet jack and dolly
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
• Perform warehouse work as scheduled
• Meet the physical demands of the position

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Air Brake endorsement required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
