About the Position

TransForce is seeking 5 experienced CDL A Drivers for local grocery delivery positions in Breinigsville, PA. These opportunities offer daily home time, multiple afternoon and overnight shifts, and additional weekend earning incentives. Drivers will transport palletized grocery products to retail locations throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Pay & Schedule

• Hours: Approximately 40-50 hours per week

• Schedule: 5 days per week, with various shifts and scheduled days off

• Dispatch Times: Between 1 PM and midnight, depending on assigned shift

• Home Time: Daily

• Saturday Bonus: $108

• Sunday Bonus: $108

• Additional Sixth-Day Bonus: $244 for eligible voluntary shifts

• Weekend Work: Required depending on assigned schedule

Available Shifts

• 1 PM-3 PM Dispatch: Off Sunday and Wednesday

• 3 PM-5 PM Dispatch: Off Wednesday and Thursday

• 4 PM-6 PM Dispatch: Off Monday and Tuesday

• 5 PM-7 PM Dispatch: Off Tuesday and Wednesday

• 10 PM-Midnight Dispatch: Off Tuesday and Wednesday

Job Details

• Route Type: Local and regional grocery deliveries with daily home time

• Delivery Area: PA, NJ, NY (excluding NYC), DE, and MD, with occasional routes farther into the Northeast

• Equipment: Tandem-axle day cab tractor-trailers

• Freight: Palletized grocery products

• Stops: Approximately 2-4 per run, with possible additional runs

• Freight Handling: Customer unloads; driver supervises and verifies deliveries

• Duties: Complete deliveries, vehicle inspections, electronic logs, and required paperwork

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A

• At least 1 year of verifiable CDL A driving experience

• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Ability to operate tandem-axle tractor-trailers

• Flexibility with afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend schedules

• Must pass required background checks, DOT physical, and drug screening

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
