About the Position

TransForce is seeking a qualified CDL A Tanker Driver to support local operations in Reading, Pennsylvania. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details

Pay: $28 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with a 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. start window
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work Week: 4-day work week
Home Time: Home daily
Employment Type: Long-term flex
Start Date: June 30, 2026

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes.
Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
Perform required handling tasks.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
Meet the physical demands of the role.

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Manual transmission experience.
Tanker endorsement required after 30 days of hire.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
