About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers for 3 full-time openings in Shippensburg, PA. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers $29 per hour, overtime after 40 hours, and afternoon dispatch times. Drivers will transport freight on local routes with minimal stops.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $29 per hour + OT after 40 hours

• Schedule: Full-time, 2nd shift

• Start Time: Between 3 PM and 5 PM

• Shift Length: Approximately 10-12 hours per day

• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

Job Details

• Route Type: Local deliveries

• Equipment: Tractor-trailer

• Stops: Approximately 1-2 per day

• Freight Handling: Live unloads or drop-and-hook

• Duties: Complete assigned deliveries, vehicle inspections, logs, and required paperwork

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A

• Recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience

• Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer

• Flexibility with afternoon and evening shifts

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
