About the Position

TransForce is seeking a qualified CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations for our client in Manheim, Pennsylvania. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady local work and an anticipated start date of July 8, 2026.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $29.00 per hour, plus overtime
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start time: Between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment type: Temp to perm

Job Details

• Route type: Local
• Freight: Concrete
• Equipment: Automatic trucks
• Handling: Light touch freight, including strapping

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A vehicles on local routes.
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
• Perform required handling tasks, including strapping.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
