About the Position

Our client is seeking a dependable CDL A Jockey to support local yard operations in Shippensburg. This on-site position offers a consistent four-day work week, daytime hours, and the opportunity for a temp-to-perm assignment.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $26.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Work Week: 4-day work week
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Temp to perm
• Start Date: June 15, 2026

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a yard truck.
• Move freight in accordance with DOT and workplace safety standards.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
