About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers for regional delivery operations based in Denver, Pennsylvania. This position offers competitive hourly pay, overtime after 40 hours, and additional bonuses for overnight trips and New York City deliveries. Drivers will operate throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, with a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule and 1–2 overnight stays per week.

Pay & Schedule

• $30.00 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Monday through Friday, starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM
• 1–2 overnight stays per week, with hotel accommodations provided
• $30 per diem for overnight travel
• $100 overnight bonus
• $100 bonus for New York City deliveries

Job Details

• Route type: Regional deliveries throughout the Mid-Atlantic
• Delivery area: Mid-Atlantic states, including New York City
• Equipment: Manual and automatic trucks; straight trucks for NYC deliveries
• Freight: Palletized products, cold-storage bins, and boxes
• Handling: Touch freight using pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Stops: Approximately 8–12 deliveries per day
• Overnight travel: 1–2 nights per week

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL Class A commercial vehicles on assigned regional routes.
• Deliver palletized freight, cold-storage bins, and boxes to customer locations.
• Unload products using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Complete approximately 8–12 deliveries per day.
• Operate straight trucks for New York City deliveries as assigned.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable commercial driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Ability to operate manual and automatic commercial vehicles
• Comfortable unloading freight using pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Willingness to travel overnight 1–2 nights per week
• Ability to safely navigate regional routes, including New York City
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
