About the Position

TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL B Truck Driver to support local delivery operations for our client in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This long-term flex opportunity offers consistent weekday work, local routes, automatic equipment, and the potential for permanent placement.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $24.00 per hour
Overtime: Available after 40 hours
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start time: 6:30 a.m.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment type: Long-term flex
Work setting: On-site

Job Details

Route type: Local delivery
Freight: Paper
Equipment: Automatic trucks
Handling: Light-touch freight, including unloading with a pallet jack, dolly, and occasional hand unloading

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles on local routes.
Transport paper freight in accordance with DOT and applicable safety standards.
Unload deliveries using a pallet jack, dolly, and by hand when necessary.
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.

Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL B license.
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
