About the Position

Our client is seeking a Local CDL A Truck Driver for dedicated store deliveries throughout South Carolina and North Carolina. This position offers home-daily routes, consistent support, and no-touch freight.

Pay & Schedule

Pay rate: $0.58 per mile
Additional mileage and stop pay
Home daily
Approximately 40 hours per week
10–11-hour shifts
2:00 p.m. start time
Wednesday and Thursday off

Job Details

Route type: Local delivery
Delivery area: Stores throughout South Carolina and North Carolina, including Wilmington, Charleston, and Raleigh
Freight: No-touch freight
Handling: Mostly drop-and-hook with occasional live unloads
Equipment: Automatic day cab trucks, including Freightliner and Volvo models
Employment type: Dedicated

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a CDL A day cab truck on local delivery routes
Deliver freight to stores throughout South Carolina and North Carolina
Complete drop-and-hook operations and occasional live unloads
Follow all applicable transportation, safety, and operating procedures
Maintain accurate delivery and mileage records

Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL A
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
