About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver for a local delivery position in West Columbia. This part-time opportunity offers hourly pay, home-daily routes, and heavy-touch freight handling. The driver should be comfortable backing into tight spots.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $25 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time, 20 - 25 hours per week. Days vary. 7 AM start.
• Route: Home daily - multi-stop deliveries on dedicated routes in the Columbia area

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely on local delivery routes.
• Transport and deliver heavy-touch freight to designated locations.
• Assist with the loading, unloading, and handling of freight as required.
• Complete deliveries accurately and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with applicable safety and transportation regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Comfortable backing into tight spots
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Valid CDL A license
