Job Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Must have graduated from a truck driving school that is listed on the ELDT Registry, within the past 90-days
• Valid CDL-A drivers license…no permits
• Satisfactory safety and employment history

Pay

• Our OTR Company Drivers Average $0.47 - $0.56 A Mile Depending On Experience
• Driver Trainers earn an additional $0.23 all miles when training  
• Top pay of $0.56 CPM for experienced drivers
• Additional $0.23 CPM for Trainers
• Layover Pay
• Per Diem Allowance
• Paid Orientation 
• Paid Time Off Plus Holidays
• Average 2,500 Miles Per Week
