About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL B Drivers for a local delivery position in Summerville, SC. This opportunity offers $27.20 per hour, a Monday-Friday schedule, and daily home time. Drivers will deliver HVAC equipment and supplies using a 26-foot box truck with a liftgate.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $27.20 per hour

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Start Time: 5 AM

• Shift Length: Approximately 10-12 hours per day

• Home Time: Daily

Job Details

• Route Type: Local deliveries

• Equipment: 26-foot box truck with liftgate

• Freight: HVAC equipment and supplies

• Freight Handling: Touch freight using a manual pallet jack

• Duties: Load and unload deliveries, complete required inspections, and maintain electronic logs (ELD)

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL B

• At least 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

• Previous experience operating a box truck with a liftgate

• Experience using a manual pallet jack

• Ability to use an electronic logging device (ELD)

• Must be qualified for interstate driving

• Must wear lace-up safety shoes that cover the ankles and a reflective safety vest

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
