CDL A Regional Drivers in North Charleston, SC. This job is offering $1600-1800 per week

TransForce is hiring full-time CDL A Port/Regional drivers in North Charleston, SC.

Position Details:

• Pay: $1600-1800 per week
• Load pay based off of $29/hr. Flat amounts assigned for each port. If doing something different or longer wait times, driver would be paid hourly.
• Ideal candidate also would be trained on bulk for loading rail at North Charleston warehouse, but not required.
• Longer runs to OH once per week. Dry van and Container work

Key Responsibilities:

• 20' containers (occasionally 40') usually about 48,000lbs so max legal weight. Supersacks of Plastic PET resin.
• 2021 & newer equipment with electronic logs
• Hauling PET resin load out of North Charleston or Ladson, SC warehouse
• Monday - Friday with some Saturdays required.
• Port Open Monday through Friday 5am-4pm
• Ports normally close around 12-1pm on Saturday
• All local ports so multiple runs per day and home at night.
• All Charleston ports or out of the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A
• Must have 2+ years verifiable tractor/trailer experience
• Valid TWIC Card
• No serious Traffic violations with the last 5 years
• No DUI/DWI within the last 10 years
• No Drug test refusals
