Qualifications

• At least 23 years old
• Class A license
• Experience must be with a 53 ft trailer minimum
• Must be able to pass urine drug test
• Must have basic English proficiency
• Must have a valid DOT medical card
• Good MVR
• No Alcohol Convictions in the last 10 years
• No Drug Convictions/ Issues in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial tractor-trailer safely and efficiently to transport goods across designated routes.
• Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it meets safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
• Utilize automatic transmission and operate various trailer types, including refrigerated and flatbed trailers, as required.

As an OTR CDL-A Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across long distances while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires core skills in commercial driving, specifically with tractor-trailers, and a valid CDL A license. You will utilize premium skills such as operating automatic transmissions and various trailers, while your relevant experience in freight delivery and load management will be essential.
