Local CDL A Switcher And Shuttle Driver - $27 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations in Nashville, TN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Driver Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday - 06:00-16:00 
• Pay: $1,100/week- $27 Per hour
• Route Type: Switching, if driver is available/ flexible, client will have driver also shuttle 
• Freight / Load Type: General Freight 
• Handling: No-touch 

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A 
• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Electronic logging device experience required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

 
CDL A Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate equipment Local  routes
• Transport Freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role
