CDL A Dump Truck Driver | $23 Per Hour | Lebanon, TN  

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Dump Truck Driver to support local operations based in Lebanon, Tennessee. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

Dump Truck Driver Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6AM start, 8-10 hr shifts, 40-50 hours per week

• Pay:  $23 per hour

• Route Type: local - completing one or more outbound delivery and return trips per shift

• Freight / Load Type: rocks 

• Equipment: Dump truck

Dump Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Equipment Experience: Dump truck - MUST HAVE experience

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

Dump Truck Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate a dump truck on local routes 

• Transport rocks in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role
