About the Position

Our client is seeking an experienced CDL A OTR Driver for a direct-hire opportunity based in Abilene, Texas. This position offers average weekly earnings of $1,600, plus performance bonuses of up to $500 per week.

Pay & Schedule

• Average weekly pay: $1,600
• Compensation: 32% of gross revenue
• Performance bonuses of up to $500 per week for safety, fuel economy, inspections, and longevity
• Paid weekly
• OTR schedule with drivers out for two weeks at a time
• 40 hours per week

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on OTR dry van routes
• Transport freight safely and efficiently
• Operate and maintain assigned equipment in accordance with applicable regulations
• Complete routes while meeting safety, inspection, and performance expectations

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
