TransForce is seeking aCDL A Driver to supportlocal operationsbasedinHouston, TX.

CDL A Details

• Schedule:Friday & Saturday every week. Pickup in Houston, goes to DFW, drops load grabs another load and returns. Generally 12-13 hour trip

• Pay: $27.50 Per hour

• Route Type:Local

• Equipment: 53'

• Handling:Some touch freight, mostly drop & hook or live load/unload

CDL A MinimumRequirements:

• License:CDL A

• Experience:1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

• Endorsements:Hazmat & TWIC card required

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Responsibilities:

• SafelyoperateCDL A equipment on local routes

• Transportgeneral merchandisein accordance withDOT and company safety standards

• Perform required handling tasks including, some touch freight, drop and hook or live load/unload

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Maintainaccuratelogs and paperwork

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including[lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
