CDL-B Driver – Local Routes & Warehouse Support | $20/Hour

TransForce is hiring a dependable and flexible CDL-B driver for a full-time local position in Lubbock, TX. This role includes a mix of warehouse duties and driving responsibilities. The majority of routes are local, with occasional travel to Amarillo, Odessa, and Abilene.

You’ll be home daily and play an essential part in both operations and logistics support!

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Lubbock, TX

Pay Rate:

• $20 per hour
• Weekly Earnings: $800+

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive locally and regionally as needed to cover scheduled driver absences (PTO, sick days, etc.)
• Perform general warehouse tasks: pulling orders, sweeping, cleaning, and loading trucks
• Haul paper goods and packaging supplies
• Use electric pallet jack or pallet jack for light-touch freight handling

Driver Requirements:

• Valid CDL-B license
• Availability for occasional regional travel
• Ability to perform light physical tasks in a warehouse environment
