About the Position

Our client is seeking an experienced CDL A Flatbed Driver to support dedicated OTR operations based in Fort Worth. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-weekly opportunities, and the support of a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $28 per hour, plus benefits
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start time: Between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Home time: Home weekly
Employment type: Temp-to-perm

Job Details

Route type: OTR and dedicated route deliveries
Freight: Touch freight
Equipment: Flatbed
Handling: Strapping loads and unloading
Work setting: On-site

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes.
Transport freight in accordance with DOT and applicable safety standards.
Secure loads using straps and perform required unloading activities.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
Meet the physical demands of the position.

Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL A license.
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
No endorsements required.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
