Additional Information

CDL A Truck Driver - X Endorsement (Hazmat. + Tanker) - $90k to $125k per year

• Schedule: Starting out with training for 6/8 weeks with full pay. M-F 6 am 8/10 hours. Once training is complete you will bid for your shift. All shifts come available in December. Can be days or nights. Can be M-Sunday with 2/3 days off.
• Pay: $35.65 hourly, any mileage runs will be .66 cents and then paid the additional hourly for post/pre and any waiting times. Average amount yearly is $90,000-$125,000
• Route Type: Local
• Freight / Load Type: hauling liquid nitrogen and o2
• Equipment: day cab tanker
• Handling: driver will have to hook up pump and keep an eye on the pressure

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 3+ years of recent tractor trailer driving, relevant, and verifiable driving experience/ or 2+ years driving a tanker with x end.
• Endorsements: Hazmat and tanker required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
• Transport cleaning products in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks including hooking up pump and monitoring pressure
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role
