Local Route Driver - $22 Per Hour  

TransForce is seeking a non-cdl driver to support local operations based in Richmond, VA. 

Non-CDL Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5am Start time (Average shift length 9 hours)

• Pay:  $22 Per Hour

• Route Type: Local

• Equipment: 26' Box Truck or Sprinter Box. Will train as needed, Automatic transmissions

• Handling: Heavy touch freight

Non-CDL Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL B / Non-CDL 

• Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: DOT Med Card

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

Non-CDL Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate Non-CDL equipment on local routes 

• Transport Non-CDL equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
