WESTERN TRANSPORT LOGISTICS IS HIRING OTR FLATBED COMPANY DRIVERS

OUR DRIVERS DESERVE THE BEST PAY


$1,300 weekly minimum pay. After 9 months of employment, increase to $1,500 weekly minimum
As a commissioned position, you will receive 26-28% of your assigned loads, based on tenure and performance
$300 non taxed weekly per diem
Up to $12,500 sign on bonus*
Passenger ride-along and pet rider programs
Health, dental, vision insurance, and 401k
Breakdown and detention pay
$10,000 guaranteed life insurance policy
*Bonus payouts begin after the first full month of employment is completed and is paid out over the following 3 months. The second half of the bonus begins to be paid out following the sixth full month of employment and is spread out over the ensuing 3 months.


Requirements:


Valid CDL A and must have been actively driving a Class A truck within the last 3 months upon hiring
At least 1 year of commercial flatbed driving experience in the last 36 months
At least 2 years of OTR driving experience
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
Must be willing to drive OTR for three weeks at a time
