CDL Class A Truck Driver Summary:

American Hardwood Industries, AHI, a member of the Baillie Group, is seeking qualified CDL A Truck Drivers in support of our Virginia operations. This is an excellent full-time opportunity working for a world class lumber organization.

CDL Class A Truck Driver Pay & Benefits: (Should we post pay range?)

• First shift
• Overtime weekly
• Occasional Overnight requirements
• Full Plan of Benefits

CDL Class A Truck Driver Qualifications:

• Must possess a clean CDL A
• Must have a valid DOT medical card.
• Port Certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience

CDL Class A Truck Driver Daily Duties:

• Primary duties include driving a tractor trailer or straight truck (triaxle) with wagon attached.
• Driving on interstate highways, state highways, county roads and local (town) roads
• Hauling lumber, cants and/or logs between company facilities, customer locations and ports
• Coordinating with company and customer shipping personnel
• Maintaining routine equipment condition logs
