Job Description:

Class A CDL OTR Drivers Wanted – High Miles, Top Pay

Join a stable Midwest based carrier with 30 years in business and a 200-truck fleet. We offer reliable freight, strong miles, and modern equipment—so you can earn consistently and stay comfortable on the road.

PAY & MILES

• Earn up to 6 figures $ XXX,XXX.XX a year!!!!
• Run 2,500–3,200 miles per week
• Core drivers average between $1450- $1856
• start pay CPM based on experience
• (Paid on loaded & empty miles the same)
• Detention & layover pay
• Raises, safety & performance bonuses
• Weekly direct deposit

EQUIPMENT

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760 Automatics
• 70" x 96" sleeper bunk(s)
• APU & large refrigerator
• Flat-screen TV mount & satellite radio
• Right Weigh scales (truck & trailer)
• Elite Pass (scales, tolls & bridges)
• Motive & Sidekick systems
• On-site maintenance & wash bay

FREIGHT

• Dry Van & Temperature-Controlled
• No-touch freight
• 75%+ drop & hook
• Mostly contracted freight
• Central U.S. lanes
• No NYC, no ports, no borders, no runs west of Denver
• Fuel at Pilot / Flying J

HOME TIME

• 2 full days off every other weekend (if in our running area)
• Some areas offer additional drive-through time

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• 1-year OTR tractor-trailer experience
