The Assembly Line Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily work activities and monitoring the performance of a group of 10 or more seasonal employees. This role supervises multiple processes within their assigned area, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and quality standards are met in a fast-paced production environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate daily workflow, training, and troubleshootingTrack and review productivity using WMS or other reports to ensure deadlines and goals are metProvide constructive, timely feedback to team members on performance and productivityConduct start-up meetings to align team on expectations and prioritiesAssist in updating and documenting process changes and training materialsFoster a respectful team environment through professional communication and motivationResolve issues quickly to support team retention and productivityPerform manual labor and work on the production floor during non-peak timesAdhere to all safety, security, and SQF (Safe Quality Foods) requirementsPerform other duties and support other departments as neededSkills:Ability to read and follow labels, processes, and instructionsStrong basic math skillsAbility to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organizationPhysical Demands:Ability to work in cold storage environments (-10°F to 40°F)Lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. occasionallyStand and walk for 8–10 hours; ability to stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb as requiredEducation and/or Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experiencePrevious WMS and SAP experience preferredExperience managing a team of 10+ in a warehouse or production environmentEEO is the Law#J-18808-Ljbffr
