Manager in Training – Liberty National, a Division of Globe Life

We're a 120+ year-old company and we're growing. We need people who want to be developed into leadership, not just hired into a job.

You'll start by learning the business from the ground up, working directly with our management team and getting mentorship from executive leadership. As you master our systems, you'll take on a team of your own — training new members, managing client relationships, and building toward an Agency Director role. There's no glass ceiling here. How far you go is up to you.

What You Get

What You'll Do

• Service an existing client base and manage those relationships
• Supervise team activity and results
• Train and develop incoming team members on our systems
• Report daily field activity in our Salesforce-based CRM
• Focus each day on client growth, training, and leadership development

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Leadership ability — or the drive to build it
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Sales or customer service experience a plus
• A passion for helping people and building relationships
• Active in your community
• CRM experience helpful (Salesforce preferred)

Requirements

• Clean background check
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the US
• 90-day evaluation period before advancement
