That means no pressure to interrupt your route, leave your assigned delivery area, or rush across town to meet Express deadlines. Work your assigned route efficiently, safely, and without unnecessary backtracking for Express commitments. Regular pickup and service requirements still apply. We operate seven days a week with flexible full-time scheduling. Drivers must be available to work at least one weekend day. PAY & BONUS OPPORTUNITIES Potential to earn $1,200+ per week during peak season! Competitive Daily Pay: Based on experience, route assignment, and performance. Weekly Performance Incentives: Earn additional weekly pay for meeting safety, attendance, and compliance expectations. Daily Stop Bonuses: Earn $1 for every completed delivery stop over 151 on regular routes or over 131 on business routes, calculated daily. Business Route Differential: Additional $50 per qualifying week. 6th Day Pay: Earn 1.5 times your base daily rate when working a sixth day, subject to applicable overtime requirements. Peak Season Reliability Bonus: Earn an additional $75 per qualifying peak-season week when working six scheduled days and meeting attendance requirements. EARN $500 IN NEW HIRE BONUSES! ABOUT THE POSITION Operate a FedEx P1000 package delivery vehicle. Complete approximately 100–200+ delivery stops daily, depending on the assigned route. Safely complete all assigned deliveries and pickups. Load, unload, and handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs. using appropriate equipment. Follow company safety procedures and delivery requirements. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Work independently while maintaining communication with management. REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 21 years old. Must be available to work at least one weekend day. Must be able to pass a DOT physical. Must pass required drug screening, including applicable company THC restrictions. Must meet applicable background check and driving record requirements. Must be physically capable of lifting, bending, carrying, and handling packages up to 150 lbs., with appropriate equipment and reasonable accommodations where applicable. Responsibilities

• Deliver packages and documents to the right recipient using the best route.
• Ensure that proper signatures are obtained where required for delivery.
• Maintain records of pickup and delivery as well as payment status issues.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays or other issues that may arise on the job.
• Ensure that assigned vehicle is safe and well-maintained before and after each shift.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients during delivery and pick-up.
• Perform routine checks on assigned vehicle and report any mechanical issues that arise.
• Adhere to safety protocols and rules at all times during deliveries.
• Work closely with other members of the team to ensure smooth delivery processes.
